Question 1

Which German makes do you service in Regina?

Accepted Answer

Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and Porsche — with manufacturer-level diagnostics, the correct fluid specifications, and coding after a component is replaced.

Question 2

Do I lose my warranty by not going to the dealer?

Accepted Answer

No. In Canada a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because an independent shop did the maintenance. Keep the receipts and the records of what was done and to what specification.

Question 3

Do you work on cars you did not sell?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of the cars in the shop were bought somewhere else.

Question 4

Do you only work on German cars?

Accepted Answer

No. We service domestic and Asian vehicles too — Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Jeep and the rest. German cars are what the shop is set up for and what we see the most of.

Question 5

Can you tell me what it will cost before you start?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get a written estimate before any work begins, and a call before anything changes.
